Riverhill Center is one of the finest office parks located within the Capital Region as well as the fast growing Albany International Airport area. Set on 17 acres overlooking the beautiful Mohawk River, Riverhill Center can provide a pristine campus environment for technology and office users, yet is only minutes away from Interstate highways, numerous services and restaurants and the Albany International Airport, truly in the center of the Capital Region.
The campus consists of three buildings ranging in size from 25,000 sq. ft. to 45,000 sq. ft. centered a round a beautiful water fountain and courtyard. The park will be adding 1199 Troy Schenectady Road, a 60,000 sq. ft. office building expected to be available Spring 2009. The buildings are surrounded by easily accessible and abundant parking (over 4.5 spaces per 1,000 sq. ft.) and extensive green areas and landscaping. The Mohawk bike/hike trail is planned to run through the site connecting to miles of trails along the river and to other surrounding parks and high quality executive housing.
The campus will provide tenants with high powered infrastructure to run businesses of the future. From increased power availability to sophisticated mechanical systems, and redundant high speed telecommunications services, Riverhill Center has what it takes to accommodate the needs of tomorrow’s businesses.
